My Favorite Singer

The former half of Savage Garden, Darren Hayes is arguably my favorite singer (male singer)

I'm not ashamed to admit that I enjoyed a lot, if not all of Savage Garden's songs but they hadn't made a song together since 2000.

I started listening to his songs in early 2006 after listening to a whole bunch of Savage Garden songs and finding out they had disbanded back in 2001.

Turns out he made 2 CD's afterward and as of now, sings independently under his own record label with a CD released back in 2007.

Every song he's written reflected on his thoughts, personality and life experiences and most of the sad ones were the best.

My favorite songs by him (starting with my most favorite) are California, Crush (1980 Me), Insatiable, Darkness, Who Would've Thought, Dublin Sky, I Miss You, and Hero.

Oh yeah, kind of a shocker to me when he came out of the closet a few years ago but that doesn't take away from his musical talent. (Although I think he was better in the past than he is now)
